Prepare the organisation to manage a crisis when prevention is not enough: connect the technical response, decisions and collaboration across functions.

Cyber Crisis Readiness
CyberUP prepares complex organisations for the moment a cyber incident becomes an operational, leadership and reputational crisis. Technical capability, crisis management and business continuity come together in one approach to readiness.
Our origins

CyberUP grew out of ReputationUP Group’s experience in managing business and reputational crises. It starts with understanding how an incident can affect the business, its stakeholders, its leadership and the trust it depends on.
That perspective informs a dedicated Cyber Crisis Readiness capability: preparing people, technology, processes and decisions to work together as one response.

The starting point
Technical preparedness is not the same as organisational readiness.
When an incident gets past the defences, escalation, decisions, coordination, communications and business continuity all come into play. Preparation must come first.
Our offer
CyberUP complements existing cybersecurity investments by testing the whole organisation’s ability to act under pressure. Preparation, objectives, the exercise environment and the interpretation of evidence each have a distinct role.
Preparation
Prepare the organisation to manage a crisis when prevention is not enough: connect the technical response, decisions and collaboration across functions.
Operational objective
Maintain control and coordination during high-impact events by testing the priorities that support the organisation’s continuity.
An objective to prepare for and test, not a guarantee of the outcome in a real crisis.
Exercise environment
An environment for exercising technical capabilities, processes and decisions through realistic, controlled scenarios within the programme’s scope.
Organisational framework
A framework for observing and developing each organisation’s readiness across technology, people, processes and decisions.
The methodology is evolving. It is not a definitive scoring system, a ranking or a certification.
How we work
CyberUP works with complex organisations where context matters. The solution is built around their mission, operating environment, critical roles and the consequences they need to manage.
Cyber, IT, OT, Operations, senior leadership, Legal and Communications work together wherever a crisis requires a coordinated response. The programme reflects their actual roles and responsibilities.
Defensive expertise, simulation and IT / OT / ICS environments support preparation. The technical response is considered alongside operational consequences and leadership decisions.
Exercise observations help identify gaps and priorities. Readiness develops as an ongoing capability, not a one-off intervention.
A shared approach connecting preparation, testing and improvement.
Understand the context and the starting level of preparedness.
Test the response in a controlled scenario.
Gather evidence on decisions, actions and coordination.
Set priorities for developing readiness.
Expertise and ecosystem
CyberUP brings together the Group’s experience, the team’s expertise and the technology ecosystem’s contributions. The value lies in connecting cybersecurity, crisis management, reputation and the business.

Reputation, cybersecurity and digital intelligence: the Group’s experience in understanding crises, their business consequences and relationships built on trust.
Technical expertise, exercises and decision-making capabilities brought together in a Cyber Crisis Readiness programme.
