BEFORE A CRISIS,
LET'S TALK.
A conversation with CyberUP starts with a simple question: how prepared is your organisation when prevention is not enough? First, we understand the context. Then we define the next step.

Your organisation
START WITH
YOUR CONTEXT.
A requirement, a priority to test or a capability to develop. You do not need to have chosen a solution. Organisations, professionals, universities and training providers can tell us where they need to start.

Human-centred.
This conversation concerns preparation for cyber crises. For an incident in progress, use your organisation’s designated response channels.

The starting point
FIRST, WE LISTEN.
THEN, WE BUILD.
CyberUP starts with the organisation’s reality: services to preserve, critical dependencies and responsibilities to test. The conversation identifies what to explore next, rather than imposing a standard configuration.
- Context
What needs to keep operating.
Mission, processes, IT systems and, where relevant, OT / ICS, essential services, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Readiness
What needs to be tested together.
Decisions, cross-functional coordination, incident response, communication and recovery.
- Next steps
Which approach fits.
Assessment, an exercise, a Cyber Arena or capability development: the scope starts with your organisation’s objectives.
Before you contact us
A CONVERSATION.
NOT A QUESTIONNAIRE.
Do I need to complete the form to contact you?
No. You can email info@cyberupinstitute.comdirectly. Every field is optional except your email address.
Does the website send the message?
The form sends your request to the CyberUP team. We’ll reply to the address you leave us.
What information is useful for the first conversation?
Your objective, organisation and the functions to involve are enough to start. Do not include confidential technical details, credentials or other people's personal data in this first message.
Does the Readiness Pulse measure our preparedness?
No. The four questions help identify topics for discussion. They do not produce scores, diagnoses, rankings or certifications. Answers are included in the message only when you choose to add them.
Is the Rome address the Training Arena location?
Rome is the corporate contact address. The location, format and availability of a Training Arena session are agreed separately. Explore Training Arena.
The first question is about your reality.
The first step is a conversation.
