With a vision driven by innovation, Andrea created CyberUP Institute to close the gap between the growing demand for advanced skills and the shortage of qualified professionals — turning it into a center of excellence for shaping Europe’s and the world’s cybersecurity elite.
He works with universities, governments, and enterprises to promote a multidisciplinary, pragmatic approach to cyber defense, steering the Institute’s global growth and positioning strategy.

Vincenzo Stirparo is a seasoned professional in engineering and technological innovation.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he built expertise in the automotive sector and expanded his know-how in telecommunications and international project management through his experience at Motorola Inc. in Italy and the United States.
Founder of KITE Group, he led the company’s evolution from hardware engineering to ICT, establishing a strong presence in automotive, banking, energy, and telecoms.
In recent years, Vincenzo has also distinguished himself in cybersecurity, introducing niche technologies in Italy and collaborating with international partners.
At CyberUP Institute, he contributes to developing advanced solutions and training professionals in a constantly evolving field.
Pasquale Russo is an electronic engineer with extensive experience bridging academia, leadership roles, and strategic projects in technology and public administration.
He has served as CEO of eWorks Spa, Director at Link Campus University and CyberUP Institute, and lecturer at institutions such as the National School of Public Administration, La Sapienza University, and the SSML in Padua.
Author of publications and a frequent speaker on cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and AI, Pasquale offers students a concrete, updated perspective on today’s challenges and opportunities, blending theory with real-world application.

Enrico Pizzoli
Enrico Pizzoli, National President of ANINSEI Confindustria, has a long-standing career in education and institutional relations.
He is General Director of five private schools in Veneto — including the European School of Venice and the Istituto Abate Zanetti in Murano — and serves on scientific committees for publicly funded projects.
For over 30 years, Enrico has played a leading role in shaping Italy’s national education contract and has trained school managers with both academic and organizational expertise.
Gustavo Mastrobuoni holds dual degrees in Political Science and Marketing, with a technical background in computer science.
He has held key roles at Microsoft and KPMG Advisory, contributing to innovative projects for public administrations, enterprises, and banks.
An expert in eGovernment and cybersecurity, he has taken part in national and international task forces on digital identity and Open Data. Since 2004, he has lectured at universities including LUISS, Tor Vergata, and York University.
Today, Gustavo is Digital Innovation Manager at Techno Center Group and R&D Director at the International Peace University, collaborating with foundations and think tanks to advance research and innovation.
